There are currently four Project Managers who engineer, design, estimate cost, and manage projects ranging from service work and daily moves, adds, & changes for existing customers to long term projects and an Operations Manager who provides the daily logistics of the companys’ requirements.

Shareco is a member of BICSI, a 20,000 member, international professional telecommunications organization committed to the standardization of telecommunications services and installation methods for the benefit of the end user. As the communications industry has moved towards standardization and certification, a member of our staff has achieved the highest level of certification as an RCDD, (Registered Communications Distribution Designer).

Shareco maintains a fully trained and industry certified staff of technicians. Because of Shareco’s committment to the BICSI concept, Shareco has provided training for our technicians to accomplish certification in each of BICSI’s Apprentice, Installer and Technician certification training programs.

The average level of industry experience is eight years per technician, providing you and your clients with a highly knowledgeable, courteous and professional staff. As the communications division of Allied Electric, Shareco is cross training electricians to supply additional support staff as required for projects of any size and duration.
